One of the four rules which I have picked would be the justice rule and I feel that this rule is extremely important to be considered as an ethical base for managers to operate within. According to this rule, every employee or organizational member in an organization must be treated in a similar way if every employee or organizational member is at the same level of excellence as far as the set of organizational/professional/interpersonal/ any other skills and the overall organizational performance are concerned (Jones & George, 2016).
